This study examined the impact of non-oil tax revenue on economic growth in Anglophone and Francophone countries. Specifically, sought to: ascertain capital-gain countries; determine custom/excise countries evaluate property The variables used were capital gain (CGT), (CET), (PRT) real GDP collected over period 1991 to 2021 from World Bank database (WDI) 2021. Sample five (5) namely Nigeria, Ghana, Mali, Togo Burkina-Feso out twenty (20) study. method data analysis was Generalized panel least square. empirical results showed that (CGT) has positive significant (PIT) (CET) but insignificant recommended Government should review income collection modality with a view incorporating public enlightenment programme respect tax. involve awareness campaigns who pay, how compute, where pay when CGT.
